About the Assignment

The Sales Executive will use telephone and client-facing selling skills to help businesses and organizations identify their target markets and generate the best sales leads for direct mail, email, or direct sales campaigns. As you build your base of customers, you will generate recurring commissions to complement your new customer acquisition commissions. The successful candidate is highly intelligent, technologically savvy, and money/success motivated. The sky is the limit for successful candidates to earn a healthy six-figure income!

Responsibilities

  • Achieve, exceed monthly sales and annual sales “bogies” set by Sales Management
  • Generate, develop, and manage an extensive sales pipeline
  • Proactively prospect and network to expand the opportunity pool
  • Build long term customer relationships, and
  • Maintain records of contacts, accounts, and opportunities in the CRM database (Salesforce.com)

Experience

  •  5+ years in relevant and successful sales environments with current direct/database/email marketing familiarity
  • FIRE-IN-THE-BELLY new business “hunter” with a solid track record of success cultivating and converting to sale small and mid-size enterprises
  • Familiarity with tele-presence technology (e.g., WebEx, Skype) to conduct sales and client-service engagements, make presentations, etc.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and expert client relationship management skill
  • Strong organization, time-management, and planning skill
  • Self-motivated entrepreneurial-type who thrives in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or similar fields of study required
  • MBA preferred

About the Assignment

The Manager of Online Analytics will be an integral member of a highly innovative and entrepreneurial cross-functional team, working to develop, maintain and enhance online analytics capabilities.

Our client is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic online analytics professional with the initiative to jump in and make an immediate impact as well as be highly analytical and detail oriented with a passion for digging into data to identify key trends, results and critical outcomes.  This position requires 5+ years of web and online analytics experience with a strong hands-on background using Google Analytics. Must have proven ability to distill data into actionable items, develop and execute in-market A/B split tests, work with IT and product marketing to define analytics requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Work with cross-functional teams in Online Marketing, Research and IT to drive web analytics requirements from inception of the products through to production
  • Lead design of testing and measurement plans for all company products

  • Proficient in online testing and measurement design including A/B tests and multiple variable testing including experience with landing page optimization tools

  • Some experience with focus groups or usability tests preferred

About the Assignment

Key Objective: To provide analytical, financial and client data analysis support to the company’s core business units.

Position Summary: The Associate Director of Sales Analytics and Business Evaluation will work as a member of the Marketing Analytics and Business Evaluation team. Will collaborate with the Director of Analytics, clients, individual Sales Directors and other teams to develop and perform ad hoc analytics for key revenue drivers for each product, pricing, revenue forecasts, and client analyses. This position will require effective and proactive communication with Sales teams on their analytical requirements.

The ideal candidate is a self-starting, forward-thinking, innovative team player that is focused on results and strives to produce a superior work product. Essential Job Functions:

  • Work with clients to set up testing, measurement, tracking, reporting and program performance analysis

  • Partner with Sales Directors on strategic plan for growth of key accounts
  • Monitor product performance stats and maintain library of historical data
  • Revenue forecasting
  • Work with internal teams on evaluating new product ideas and product enhancements by performing necessary revenue analysis
  • Manage design and measurement of in-market tests
  • Provide assistance on ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience preferred
  • Previous professional experience working with sales and/or clients required
  • Unusual intellectual curiosity and creativity, reflected in a broad range of interests and excellent analytic abilities
  • Previous experience managing test design and measurement required
  • Strong skills with MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access)
  • Very good writing skills and a strong interest in effective communication
  • BA/BS from a top institution, preferably in business administration or marketing
  • A strong record of academic achievement
