Position Summary: The Associate Director of Sales Analytics and Business Evaluation will work as a member of the Marketing Analytics and Business Evaluation team. Will collaborate with the Director of Analytics, clients, individual Sales Directors and other teams to develop and perform ad hoc analytics for key revenue drivers for each product, pricing, revenue forecasts, and client analyses. This position will require effective and proactive communication with Sales teams on their analytical requirements.

They are an integral part of all new product development initiatives and provide data-driven insights for key business decisions.

The Director of Online Analytics will be an integral member of an highly innovative and entrepreneurial new product team, working with peers to develop, maintain and enhance online capabilities through knowledge and insight of customer needs, values and preferences. This position will proactively set an analytics agenda for the team and work with IT to ensure that we have appropriate standard tools to execute this agenda. As the business needs grow, this role will also be responsible for building out a team to support the analytics needs.
This position will be responsible for mining behavioral and web data for developing predictive models, customer segmentation, designing testing and measurement programs, producing analytic reports, and gleaning insights to enhance both product and program performance.
