As Solutions Architect, you will be authoritative subject matter expert on the deployment and integration of the company’s product technologies, responsible for evaluating customer requirements and designing complete solutions. You will skillfully leverage products to solve customer problems and facilitate sales opportunities. The ideal candidate will have broad experience across a range of both infrastructure and software development arenas.

Key Responsibilities
• Design deployment architectures for new and existing clients using both off-the-shelf products and custom solutions
• Work with both pre- and post-sales teams to identify and scope custom integration projects
• Lead the lifecycle of an Enterprise class implementation and/or custom development project:
• Engage in pre-sales requirements discovery
• Propose a high level architectural solution to the customer
• Refine the proposed solution to create a design document
• Generate quotes and Statements of Work (SOWs) for customer signature
• Ensure successful development and deployment of the solution
• Provide Subject Matter Expert (SME) consultation to key Enterprise customers

Required Business Skills
• 10 or more years related experience preferred, including at least 5 years IT administration, 3 years systems architecture, and a year or more presales consulting
• Strong pre-sales positioning ability to help the sales team win deals
• Well organized and engaging presentation skills
• First-rate written and verbal ability: must be able to effectively engage key customer stakeholders – at the executive, business, and technical levels
• Creation of high-quality proposal and project documents using Excel, Word, Visio, and PowerPoint with the level of polish and detail that Fortune 500 customers expect
• Practiced project management skills
• Team and project leadership capabilities; mentor junior team members
• Collaborate and engage peers across multiple internal groups and organizations

Required Technical Skills
• A proven track record of architecting and deploying tiered Internet infrastructure
• Experience in architecting integration projects using service oriented architectures (SOAP/XML)
• Advanced/expert-level skills across a range of Enterprise level technologies and disciplines:
• DNS and SMTP administration, MS Exchange or UNIX MTAs (SendMail, Postfix, Qmail)
• Networking: TCP/IP, routing and firewalls
• UNIX/Linux systems administration skills
• Scripting skills in one of the following languages: Perl, Ruby, Python or UNIX Shell
• Knowledge of a range of storage and filesystems – SAN, iSCSI, clustered
• System clustering (Sun Microsystems, Redhat, Veritas Oracle, etc.)
• Database expertise: build and execute SQL queries and create/modify database access
• Deploying and managing virtualized environments (VMWare, Xen, etc.)
• High Availability and Disaster Recovery technologies
• Software development (coding not required, but project level experience is desired)
• Quality assurance and testing

The Sales Executive will use telephone and client-facing selling skills to help businesses and organizations identify their target markets and generate the best sales leads for direct mail, email, or direct sales campaigns. As you build your base of customers, you will generate recurring commissions to complement your new customer acquisition commissions. The successful candidate is highly intelligent, technologically savvy, and money/success motivated. The sky is the limit for successful candidates to earn a healthy six-figure income!

Responsibilities

  • Achieve, exceed monthly sales and annual sales “bogies” set by Sales Management
  • Generate, develop, and manage an extensive sales pipeline
  • Proactively prospect and network to expand the opportunity pool
  • Build long term customer relationships, and
  • Maintain records of contacts, accounts, and opportunities in the CRM database (Salesforce.com)

Experience

  •  5+ years in relevant and successful sales environments with current direct/database/email marketing familiarity
  • FIRE-IN-THE-BELLY new business “hunter” with a solid track record of success cultivating and converting to sale small and mid-size enterprises
  • Familiarity with tele-presence technology (e.g., WebEx, Skype) to conduct sales and client-service engagements, make presentations, etc.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and expert client relationship management skill
  • Strong organization, time-management, and planning skill
  • Self-motivated entrepreneurial-type who thrives in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or similar fields of study required
  • MBA preferred

About the Assignment

The Manager of Online Analytics will be an integral member of a highly innovative and entrepreneurial cross-functional team, working to develop, maintain and enhance online analytics capabilities.

Our client is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic online analytics professional with the initiative to jump in and make an immediate impact as well as be highly analytical and detail oriented with a passion for digging into data to identify key trends, results and critical outcomes.  This position requires 5+ years of web and online analytics experience with a strong hands-on background using Google Analytics. Must have proven ability to distill data into actionable items, develop and execute in-market A/B split tests, work with IT and product marketing to define analytics requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Work with cross-functional teams in Online Marketing, Research and IT to drive web analytics requirements from inception of the products through to production
  • Lead design of testing and measurement plans for all company products
  • Present results with clarity and persuasiveness to business audiences including senior management
  • Responsible for the logging design and for facilitating data aggregation processes for company products
  • Work with IT to implement the analytics requirements for all new products, and in-market tests

Requirements

  • 5+  years’ experience analyzing online and Web marketing data
  • Passionate, curious, high-energy personality with a strong results focus
  • Experience with measurement of digital marketing programs, from source through to conversion
  • Experience with  SEO, SEM, affiliate, display, social media, email, mobile analytics
  • Ability to manage analysis of multiple partners/lead generation programs to credit appropriate partners with the results. Prior experience with online publishers strongly preferred
  • Google Analytics expert
  • Experience with Microstrategy strongly preferred
  • Proficient in online testing and measurement design including A/B tests and multiple variable testing including experience with landing page optimization tools
  • Proven ability and willingness to work closely with IT to develop solutions for analytics
  • Expert user of PowerPoint with confidence and ability to present to large audiences
  • Some experience with focus groups or usability tests preferred
  • Must be able to function in an entrepreneurial environment where everything is not always spelled out.
